Children helping children

Kinder helfen Kinder
Inhalt des Beitrags

    In short:

Every year we hold our St. Nicholas Office. Here, children drop off their freshly cleaned boots and a toy they no longer need. (We want to teach the kids that giving is also receiving , so it's not just about taking.) Our helpers and supporters fill these boots with lots of wonderful gifts for the children.

We started in 2022 with 180 children's boots; last year we received approximately 350 (so the trend is upward). Let's see how many we receive this year. We certainly don't want any tears and are hoping for your generous support. DONATIONS

Naturally, we receive a correspondingly large number of toys!
    But see for yourselves:

We donate the donated toys to non-profit children's organizations (orphanages, family support organizations... at least they should go to children who are not doing so well, and there are indeed plenty of them). And because the event is becoming increasingly popular, we naturally hope that we will be able to fill the boots.

Do you know of an organization that would appreciate our donations? If so, please let us know and get in touch! (Website, Instagram, Facebook, in person...)

We host a popular Christmas market where Saint Nicholas himself, accompanied by his elves, returns the children's boots. The toys are then ceremoniously handed over to the various institutions.

If this is something you're interested in, we would of course be incredibly happy if you would support us.
