Shipment:

We ship felt sheets up to the size 50x40cm flat in storage.
Felt sheets with a size of 50x40cm or larger are shipped rolled and will always be slightly warped when unpacked.
The material can easily be reshaped by ironing.

How is felt fabric made?

Felting is the oldest technique for making fabric. Felt is made by compressing and felting fibers until they bond together and form a solid material. This is a non-woven technique for producing textiles. Unlike woven fabric, felt does not fray or unravel. It is an easy material to work with and is therefore often used to teach children how to sew.
