What is the Santa Claus Office?
The St. Nicholas office in Plessa, with its Advent boot shop, is an integral part of the Plessa Christmas market. We offer this kind of promotional opportunity to help your event attract more visitors. Don't be shy, we're happy to support you!
Where do all the gifts come from?
Our cut off point is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 4pm will be processed through our dispatch system the next working day. We currently do not deliver at weekends.
Who supports us?
To fill the children's boots, ensure the operation of the Santa Claus office, and provide necessary materials, we rely on practical and financial support. We are therefore seeking sponsors and partners, to whom we can, of course, offer a discreet, regional advertising platform in return.

For our St. Nicholas offices, we are looking for locations with regular opening hours to ensure a smooth process approximately one week before St. Nicholas Day.
Why celebrate St. Nicholas in summer?
Have you ever wondered what Santa Claus does in the summer? ... Well, it's quite simple: he visits our Santa Claus summer festival every year, as part of the Brandenburg Country Fair! Last year he even brought some of his elves along. Come and see for yourselves!
What happens to the children's toys?
We offer a reserve and collect service. This is available on the checkout page. Please be aware, if the product is not available in a local store, you are unable to reserve it.
What is the Brandenburg Countryside Excursion?
No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
What do water buffaloes have to do with the events?
We can only offer next day on goods we have in stock at our dispatch depot.
Do you also support our events?
